Our Story
Why u9play99 Exists
u9play99 was born from a real need among Malaysian players — a platform that not only offers a wide range of games, but also puts safety, transparency and convenience at the centre of everything. We operate under an international licence and provide a responsible gaming environment for all our members.
Since u9play99 launched, our main focus has stayed the same: making every gaming session easier, safer and more satisfying for Malaysian players. We understand that member trust is our most valuable asset, and every decision we make is grounded in that value.
Bahasa Melayu is the primary language of the u9play99 platform. All interfaces, guides, customer support and promotions are delivered in clear, easy-to-understand Bahasa Melayu, with additional English support to meet the varied needs of our members. This allows Malaysian players to feel comfortable and confident when using our platform.
The game selection at u9play99 covers online slots from leading developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI, live casino with baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, sports betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton and esports, as well as crash games that are growing in popularity among younger Malaysian players. u9play99 also offers a variety of sports betting options including mix parlay for dedicated sports fans.
On the payments side, u9play99 supports methods commonly used by Malaysians. Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH are all available as deposit and withdrawal options. Each minimum deposit starts from RM20 and withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
The u9play99 VIP Programme is designed to reward member loyalty. There are five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering progressively higher weekly cashback rates, starting from up to 0.3% for Bronze members up to 1.5% for Diamond members. Every active player has the opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on their playing activity.
